The CTSAMVM Gender Unit concluded a two-day workshop in Juba today. The workshop brought together 50 civil society organisations, representatives from the Ministry of Gender, Child and Social Welfare, RJMEC, the Security Sector, and other stakeholders for a roundtable discussion on how CTSAMVM can collaborate with these groups in fulfilling its Monitoring, Verification, and Reporting Mandate. The discussions focused on the challenges as well as opportunities that the peace process has provided for the country and how best to move the country forward from its current challenges of insecurity.
