Today, a delegation from CTSAMVM met with H.E. Hassan Robleh Mahamoud, the Ambassador of Djibouti to South Sudan. During the meeting, Maj. Gen. Teshome briefed the ambassador on CTSAMVM’s mandate, highlighting the need for support from IGAD member states to support the mechanism.
